Strategic Governance and Assurance Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO Analyst or PMO Lead to support our evolving Enterprise PMO team during a critical period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the redevelopment of our governance framework and methodology with a risk-based approach
  • Refine and oversee the change request process and controls
  • Review and maintain governance standards, templates, and artefacts for consistency and alignment
  • Facilitate workshops to co-design and revise delivery framework components
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on EPMO deliverables and outputs
  • Support continuous improvement of governance processes, tools, and templates
  • Analyse portfolio performance trends and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate documentation and inputs for governance forums and gate reviews
Requirements:
  • Prior experience leading the uplift of EPMO/Central PMO frameworks
  • Proven experience in EPMO or PMO roles with a strong understanding of governance and assurance
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement risk-based governance frameworks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation standards
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
  • Familiarity with Clarizen, Confluence, MSP, PMBOK, and P3O frameworks
