Job Description

As a Senior Lawyer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality legal services to clients in a culturally safe and appropriate manner. Your role will involve delivering front-line legal services, casework assistance, and reporting directly to the Managing Lawyer. You will work collaboratively with other teams, including social workers, counsellors, and financial counsellors, to ensure our clients' needs are met.

The Senior Lawyer will manage a significant caseload, including complex matters, and advise clients on redress and compensation options. You will contribute to Knowmore's policy and law reform work, prepare community legal education materials, and participate in community engagement activities.
