Visual Designer

This role requires a visionary designer to lead the visual direction of consumer-facing digital products, elevating brand expression and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will craft sophisticated, accessible, and emotionally resonant visual experiences that connect with millions of consumers daily through digital banking platforms.
- Define and evolve the visual design strategy for consumer digital products
- Lead the creation of high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive innovation in motion design, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling
- Co-own and evolve the Design System
- Establish and maintain visual design standards
- Partner with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design system components
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in UI/visual design
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual design, typography, color theory, and composition
- Deep expertise in creating and maintaining design systems at scale
