We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Redfield Resources. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our organisation by delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process for various trades and mining roles, including mechanical, operations, drilling, and facilities maintenance.
  • Prepare and place job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, and confirm interview arrangements with clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the trades and mining sectors, including market trends and candidate expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to conduct site inspections and OH&S audits.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service and candidate care.
Requirements:
  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the trades and mining sectors.
  • Highly organised and task-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent computer skills.
  • A strong work ethic and excellent morals and ethics towards dealing with people.
