Key Responsibilities:- Support the recruitment process for various trades and mining roles, including mechanical, operations, drilling, and facilities maintenance.
- Prepare and place job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, and confirm interview arrangements with clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the trades and mining sectors, including market trends and candidate expectations.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to conduct site inspections and OH&S audits.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service and candidate care.
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the trades and mining sectors.
- Highly organised and task-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent computer skills.
- A strong work ethic and excellent morals and ethics towards dealing with people.
