A seasoned professional with a strong background in case management is sought to provide expert advice, coaching, and support to leaders on people management matters.

In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Utilize strategic thinking and investigative skills to tackle complex ER matters across multiple business units.
  • Offer practical and pragmatic solutions to support business needs and deliver optimal results.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including legal, safety, and medical teams.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing a structured and analytical approach to drive results. Occasional interstate travel may be required.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Employment Law/Human Resources/related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in advising on individual people matters, including misconduct investigations and grievances.
  • Strong case management experience and ability to provide timely advice.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.

You will be a collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to maintain documented audit trails and advice with meticulous attention to detail.
