We're seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic Fleet team in Darwin. As part of this role, you will be responsible for scheduling daily deliveries for 8-10 trucks, ensuring efficient and timely service to our customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is driven, resilient, and customer-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely with drivers to arrange deliveries inside and outside regular schedules, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule daily deliveries for multiple trucks, prioritizing efficient service to customers.
  • Arrange deliveries according to driver availability and customer requirements.
  • Verify driver adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Transport & Logistics or a scheduling position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • A customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.
