Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Diversional Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a Subacute healthcare facility. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote patient engagement, social connections, and recreational activities.

About the Position:

  • Develop and implement diversional therapy programs for patients on a Subacute ward
  • Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Social Workers/Case Managers, and Occupational Therapists to deliver person-centred care
  • Design and lead group and individual activities that promote wellness, independence, and social connections
  • Assess and report on patient progress and adjust programs accordingly

Requirements:
