About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Companion, Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse or Food Service Assistant. As a valued member of our Residential Communities team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each resident are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practice in aged care.
  • Work collaboratively with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
