We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Residential Communities team as a Care Companion, Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Food Service Assistant. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Disability, Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing, or Food Handling Certificate.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and current year's Influenza.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
