About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Companion, Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our Residential Communities team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver a continuum of care and support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring resident-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet the needs of our residents.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Disability, Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing, or Food Handling Certificate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and current year's Influenza.
