This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for delivering community-based rehabilitation programs, including home visits and hydrotherapy sessions, and will have the opportunity to work with clients with a range of neurological conditions and disabilities. You will also be required to write NDIS reports and develop individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality community-based rehabilitation programs, including home visits and hydrotherapy sessions
  • Work with clients with a range of neurological conditions and disabilities
  • Write NDIS reports and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of clients and their families
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in community-based physiotherapy and working with neurological clients desirable
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • First aid certificate and national police check
