Job Title: Security Professional

This is a casual security role requiring the applicant to work up to 38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and be able to manage a variety of situations with professionalism.

The successful applicant will be responsible for control room operations, foot and vehicle patrols, conflict resolution, and emergency response. They will also provide support to patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a safe environment in accordance with work health and safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control room duties including responding to calls for assistance and handling emergencies
  • Foot and vehicle patrols to maintain a visible presence and deter incidents
  • Conflict resolution through de-escalation techniques and restraint practices as required
  • Emergency response and management of incidents to protect staff, patients, and visitors
Essential Qualifications:
  • Current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1/P2) - NSW license from another state must be converted within three months of appointment
  • Knowledge of security techniques including conflict resolution, de-escalation, and restraint practices
