Operations Director

Beacon Lighting seeks a seasoned executive to lead its store network nationwide.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a unified retail strategy, with measurable KPIs that drive sales growth, operational excellence, and brand strength.
- Partner with the EGM Trade to implement and enhance Beacon's trade targets and initiatives.
- Contribute to the broader corporate strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team.
This role oversees national store operations, with direct reports: four State Sales Managers and an Operations Administrator. You will set the strategic direction for store operations, ensuring alignment across all stores, while remaining hands-on and connected to performance and execution.
You will collaborate closely with the Executive General Manager – Trade and the Executive Team to drive growth across customer segments, deliver integrated solutions, and strengthen Beacon's position as Australia's leading specialist lighting provider.
The ideal candidate has proven executive leadership in multi-site retail and operations management, with success in delivering retail and trade growth, profitability, and customer experience improvements.
