Our organization is looking for a skilled Project Leader to manage and deliver complex projects.

This position involves overseeing project sections, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, and cost control.

  • Conducting regular site visits to assess QA procedures and assist Site Engineers in implementation;
  • Developing construction documentation for work areas;
  • Coordinating with the site team to conduct safety risk assessments;
  • Reviewing subcontractor IPC claims;
  • Mentoring engineering teams to enhance technical knowledge;
  • Reviewing design packages during development phases;
  • Developing 6-12 month look-ahead programs for planning and procurement;
  • Coodinating design with technical teams for site use;
  • Assisting with administering subcontracts on-site;
  • Providing technical reviews of subcontract packages for procurement teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving project delivery, demonstrating initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and self-motivation.

They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
