Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through exceptional service delivery.

About the Role
  • Cultivate key client relationships to deliver responsive, solutions-focused support that aligns with their goals and business objectives.
  • Manage accounts proactively, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with each client's business goals and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity and provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals and challenges.
  • Provide responsive, solutions-focused support to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution delivery.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer interactions and tracking renewal opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs.
  • Experience handling escalations and collaborating with internal teams to achieve resolution.
