We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through exceptional service delivery.
About the Role- Cultivate key client relationships to deliver responsive, solutions-focused support that aligns with their goals and business objectives.
- Manage accounts proactively, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Lead contract renewals and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with each client's business goals and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity and provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Lead contract renewals and negotiations to ensure mutual benefit.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals and challenges.
- Provide responsive, solutions-focused support to clients.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution delivery.
- Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer interactions and tracking renewal opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs.
- Experience handling escalations and collaborating with internal teams to achieve resolution.
