Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing across multi-vendor and multi-stream programs. You will own test strategy and governance, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and drive quality outcomes while excelling in stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans across multiple projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality software releases
  • Develop and maintain test data, environments, and automation frameworks
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7–10+ years in testing with 3+ years as a Test Lead in enterprise programs
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including influencing, conflict resolution, executive communications, and vendor management
  • Proven delivery in SIT/UAT with solid planning, reporting, and governance discipline
  • Working knowledge of automation (UI/API), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and API/contract testing
  • Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and basic SQL/data validation
  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and a calm, delivery-focused approach
Nice to Have

In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial to have experience in the following areas:

  • Salesforce, SAP/ERP, Workday, Payments, Data Migration, or microservices
  • Exposure to performance, reliability, and basic security testing coordination
