Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Automated Mobile Testing Lead to join our digital team. As a key member of our delivery squad, you will be responsible for leading the test effort across iOS, Android, and web platforms, focusing on building automation capability while guiding a team of testers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the test effort for mobile applications (iOS, Android, web)
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for mobile apps
  • Drive test planning, estimation, and reporting across the delivery cycle
  • Mentor and uplift team members on best practices in automation and mobile testing
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in agile squads
  • Balance hands-on automation with leadership of manual testing efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a test lead or senior test analyst in mobile testing
  • Strong automation background with Playwright, Appium, Selenium, or equivalent
  • Expertise in testing iOS and Android applications, including device and emulator testing
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Melbourne
