About CloudMarc

CloudMarc is a tech consultancy specialising in cloud solutions, software engineering, and Quality Engineering (QE/testing) for tier-1 enterprises.

Lead end-to-end testing across multi-vendor, multi-stream programs. You'll own test strategy and governance, coordinate SIT/UAT, and drive quality outcomes while excelling in stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

  • Own test strategy, planning, and governance across ST/SIT/UAT/regression and releases
  • Run defect triage, RAID, risk-based coverage, and quality gates; report to program leadership/steerco
  • Coordinate environments, test data, and cross-team dependencies (product, engineering, vendors)
  • Uplift test processes and automation practice (guide/review, not necessarily primary coder)
  • Produce clear status, metrics, and executive updates tailored to audience
  • Drive issue resolution and facilitate decisions across business and technology stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • 7–10+ years in testing with 3+ years as a Test Lead in enterprise programs
  • Outstanding stakeholder management: influencing, conflict resolution, exec comms, vendor mgmt
  • Proven delivery in SIT/UAT with solid planning, reporting, and governance discipline
  • Working knowledge of automation (UI/API), CI/CD, and API/contract testing
  • Comfortable with Agile and Waterfall, Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps, and basic SQL/data validation
  • Strong prioritisation, attention to detail, and a calm, delivery-focused approach

Nice to Have

  • Experience across Salesforce, SAP/ERP, Workday, Payments, Data Migration, or microservices
  • Exposure to performance, reliability, and basic security testing coordination
