Employment Tax Consultant Job

We are seeking a skilled Employment Tax Consultant to provide expert employment tax advice and compliance support.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in employment tax, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Expert Employment Tax Advice: Provide written guidance on Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax filings, and superannuation guarantee calculations.
  • Engage and Educate: Liaise directly with clients and regulatory bodies, and lead training seminars for both clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Collaborative and Client-Focused Mindset: Eager to work as part of a national team supporting clients across diverse industries with complex tax and payroll compliance issues.
  • Strong Technical and Analytical Skills: Proven confidence in handling data and performing detailed analysis.
