The business is investing heavily in its financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capability, aiming to modernize systems and processes. This role offers an ideal blend of BAU FP&A and project work, perfect for someone who enjoys building, creating, and driving results.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, your role will focus on two key areas: FP&A / Business Partnering and FP&A Development / Transformation.
Deliver weekly & monthly reporting packs, own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and work closely with divisional leaders on performance evaluation.
Identify and execute both revenue-generating and cost-reduction initiatives, assess current FP&A landscape and processes, enhance reporting, budgeting, and BI tools, and contribute to the broader finance transformation program.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who thrives on both commercial insight and building capability, with experience in FP&A or business partnering, preferably in professional services. The ideal candidate will be CA / CPA / CIMA qualified, digitally literate, and have strong communication and presentation skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders.
