We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the quality of lives of individuals and their families living with autism.

We strive to transform lives through education and direct support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing clients' support needs and assisting them with transitioning to independent living.
- Accessing and prescribing equipment for standard and complex needs.
- Conducting home environment assessments and assisting with home modifications.
- Providing therapy services while building on strengths and developing sustainable solutions.
- Timely documentation and report writing.

Requirements:

- A degree in Occupational Therapy or eligibility to graduate soon (4th year student).
- Eligible for AHPRA registration upon completion of relevant degree.
- Demonstrates efficiency and competence with OT processes and frameworks.
- Proficient communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for helping people.
- Current Australian driver's licence.

Work Details:

- Work Location: Fairfield
- Job Type: Casual
- Pay: From $31.46 per hour
- Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
- Benefits: Employee mentoring program, salary packaging, travel reimbursement.
- Schedule: Rotating roster
- Supplementary Pay: Overtime pay, penalty rates.

- NDIS WC clearance (required)
- First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (required)
