Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated, passionate, proactive leader to inspire a team and drive our David Jones Marion Concession Pad to success.
You will be a people-centric supervisor with a goal to lead, develop and motivate the team to create inspirational customer experiences contributing to overall commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, lead and develop a small team of 2-4 staff members.
- Lead by example in customer service, ensuring all staff are engaged, motivated and mentored to deliver above-and-beyond experiences.
- Delivery of concession budgets and growth expectations through solid business acumen.
- Daily management of stock to minimise loss and maximise sales.
- Ensure concession maintains Commonry's visual standards and merchandise stock to maximise sales potential.
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervising role or extensive experience in fashion retail.
- Proven track record of creating customer experiences and determination to drive commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to address situations with confidence, empathy and engagement when providing feedback and praise.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Exposure to stock inventory and loss prevention management.
