About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage, and water/sewer network designs
  • Carry out design calculations while working to project timelines and delivering high-quality results
  • Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation
  • Problem-solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for clients
  • Strengthen communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities, and councils
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering obtained within the last two years (or working towards)
  • A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
  • An agility to move between different tasks and projects, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication
  • Previous experience in design, construction, or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded
