Job Overview

Integration Architect

This is a full-time appointment on an ongoing basis with a base salary range of $134,288 – $142,099 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

The role involves acting as a technology domain expert, focusing on designing, architecting, and delivering application and technology solutions for high-priority projects.

Key responsibilities include applying the UWA Tailored Architecture Framework, Integration patterns and automation, guiding project teams, and ensuring architectural integrity across solutions.

Support will be provided for the adoption of modern platforms and best practices, making key architectural and operational decisions that align with the University's strategic objectives.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency is required.
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFICATION OR DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN AZURE INTEGRATION SERVICES AND SOLUTION DESIGN IS ESSENTIAL.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing solutions with particular focus on integration and automation, security and performance across varied internal and external environments.
  • Extensive relevant experience at an appropriate level with expertise in data centre, storage, networking, virtualisation, Azure cloud platforms, and data engineering tools (PaaS and iPaaS).
  • Proven experience implementing APIs using REST APIs and/or SOAP to integrate applications and experience using Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and other PaaS and iPaaS platforms.

A current National Police Clearance Certificate is required.
