Job Title: Enterprise Security Solutions Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security architecture, compliance standards, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure IAM solutions aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop system architecture diagrams, including data flows, network topologies, and security controls.
  • Conduct thorough security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and enforce IAM security policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Evaluate and select IAM technologies based on security and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC and mentor junior security professionals.
  • Implement security controls such as MFA, RBAC, and SSO.
  • Support incident response, digital forensics, and security testing activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM, with 3+ years in security architecture or consulting. Proven experience designing and optimizing IAM solutions in large-scale environments is essential.

You should possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across IT, security, and business teams.
