We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our Rural Locum Assistance Program. As a rural healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to provide essential healthcare services in rural and remote Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and effective nursing care within your scope of practice
- Assist in implementing nursing care plans with the broader healthcare team
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to medical staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support patient education and engagement
- Promote a safe and respectful environment
- Adapt to various clinical settings with limited resources
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- A minimum of three years' full-time equivalent clinical experience
- Evidence of 250 hours of relevant clinical experience within the past year
- CPR or BLS certification with practical assessment component
