Territory Growth Manager

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to lead our South Australian territory growth initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market share, expand product presence, and drive revenue growth in sectors such as farming, irrigation, and water management.

This key position requires strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional customer relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales/account management experience (5+ years preferred) in the water, agricultural, or horticultural sectors.
  • Technical knowledge of water systems, pumps, or related products (mechanical/trade qualifications advantageous).
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
