Milestone IT, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a talented Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's dynamic team.
You will work closely with the project management office (PMO) team to ensure the success of multiple projects, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the PMO team to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Lead a team of testers in executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects.
- Implement and maintain efficient testing methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide valuable insights to developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive testing environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager or senior testing role.
- Proven track record of leading successful testing initiatives across diverse projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a bonus.
