Rail Corridor Maintenance Position:

Trojan Rail collaborates with Queensland Rail to provide top-tier maintenance workforces across Australia. As part of our station maintenance team, you will utilize specialized equipment, including mowers, brush cutters, and blowers, while participating in graffiti removal and tree trimming activities within the Queensland Rail corridor.

Essential Requirements:

  • A current RIW card
  • SARC (Qld) accreditation – Safely Access Rail Corridor
  • WET accreditation (Qld) – Working in Electrified Territory
  • Cat 3 Rail Medical Network Lockout Accreditation

About the Role:

This casual position involves working Monday to Friday shifts as part of the Queensland Rail corridor maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your experience and knowledge in rail corridor maintenance activities
  • Possess a driver's licence and vehicle
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and work ethic with minimal attendance issues
  • Be willing to undergo regular drug and alcohol testing
  • Maintain physical fitness
  • Hold Australian work rights for eligibility

Compensation: This role is compensated at an estimated $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
