Drive Transformational Leadership

We are seeking a senior professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and advancement of audit practices, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality assurance services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an effective audit methodology to ensure its adoption across the organization.
  • Drive innovative audit practices and lead a quality assurance improvement program to assure the quality of work performed.
  • Build key relationships with leadership teams to enhance maturity across process, technology, and technical capability.
  • Enhance group-wide assurance practices and internal audit methodology to reflect leading practices and emerging risks.
  • Lead a robust quality assurance improvement program to ensure audit accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards.

This role requires strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to draw insights from analysis and drive multiple deliverables simultaneously. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a critical mindset and ability to lead change.
