About the Job:
">We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an apprentice horticulturist.
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and caring for gardens and lawns in various locations across Sydney, including residential areas, local parks, recreational spaces, and commercial premises.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in pruning, planting, hedging, mowing, and identifying plants">
- Maintain irrigation systems and use fertilisers and chemicals as required">
- Shape branches and advise on general tree and garden care">
- Work in a team environment to maintain high-quality standards">
Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
A driver's license and own transport are highly preferred, but not essential.
As this is an apprenticeship position, no prior experience is necessary, and all training will be provided on the job.

Compensation and Benefits:
