Job Overview

This contract role serves the Dubbo Region, offering a competitive above award salary of approximately $75,000 + super + bonus structure. As an Apprenticeship Field Officer, you will develop business relationships with Employers, Apprentices, Registered Training Organisations, Schools, Job Network agencies and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the extended service team, you will:

  • Generate Australian Apprenticeships commencements through business development and account management activities;
  • Develop sustainable working relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Participate in contact visits to employers and apprentices/trainees where required;
  • Foster relationships to ensure performance outcomes.

About You

We are seeking an individual with prior experience within an Australian Apprenticeship Support Services or related vocational education and training (VET) organisation. You should have a passion for developing sustainable working relationships and be able to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

Estimated Salary Range

This role comes with a competitive above award salary, estimated at $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation and bonuses.
