Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Financial Management: Oversee program finances, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring the success of projects.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Certifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as PMP, CFM, PE, or FAC-P/PM Mid-Level.
  • Security Clearance: Hold an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree: Possess a master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Business Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing business strategies, including long-range business plans.
  • Process Improvement: Knowledge of process improvement models, such as LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000.
  • Facilities Management: Experience in managing large-scale facilities and logistics projects.
