Financial Controller Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of statutory reporting, management accounting, and tax compliance. This hands-on leadership role will involve managing multiple entities, including trusts, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and corporate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Statutory Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, manage the annual audit process, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Tax & Regulatory: Oversee tax compliance processes, provide financial inputs for complex tax returns, and advise on regulatory matters.
  • Operational Finance: Manage inter-company accounting, interest allocation, cost allocations, group insurance renewals, and payments across various businesses.
  • Investment & Structuring Support: Assist commercial and legal teams with international investments and cross-border transactions, maintain financial oversight of global investment portfolios, and support team leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • CA / CPA qualified with at least 6+ years' experience in financial and management accounting.
  • Strong background in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and financial operations.
  • Experience working with trusts, inter-company structures, and cross-border investments preferred.
