Job Description
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise financial performance.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organisation's financial stability.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:
Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the property industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
Expertise in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
CA or CPA accreditation (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
