**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment, providing exceptional product knowledge, and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury furniture products and their features
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in high-end or hard-sell retail environments
  • Previous sales experience, ideally selling furniture or high-value items such as jewelry, cars, bedding, luxury goods/travel, etc.
  • Comfortable in committing to work most weekends
  • Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills in line with the brand's high-end image
