Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Support Specialist to join our team at Cartessa Aesthetics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with international vendors and global logistics partners, overseeing the distribution of technical service cases and optimizing the service program. They will identify opportunities for increased efficiency, liaise with the service team to create and distribute estimates and invoices, and coordinate outbound shipments of parts to customers and service technicians.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Service Support Specialist will ensure timely and professional communication with customers regarding service status and case updates, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements in service operations, assist with CRM administration, manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for inbound parts, and support Operations leadership in daily tasks.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, high level of organization and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, solid business acumen, superlative problem-solving and critical thinking skills, willingness to be flexible and adapt to situations on a daily basis, and ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
