Leadership Finance Director Position

About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled finance leader to oversee financial operations for multiple dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the CFO and leadership team with strategic financial planning.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

About You

We are looking for an accomplished finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of automotive dealership experience.
  • CA/CPA qualification and proven post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS/Australian standards.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into business insights.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, proactive, and collaborative style.
