The Opportunity

In this role, you will provide facilities management services and technical advice across our state-of-the-art distribution centre located in Truganina.

Key responsibilities include:

  • - Ensuring all programs including reactive and preventative maintenance are executed promptly and meet quality requirements
  • - Overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the site including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-delivery staff, and waste management
  • - Managing annual facilities budget identifying and prioritizing funds to support required services
  • - Driving continuous improvement by implementing and developing safety standards and procedures including conducting audits across the site
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • - Tertiary qualification in business administration or technical stream advantageous
  • - Previous facilities management experience ideally in a commercial supply chain environment
  • - Experience with budget responsibility including capital and operational budget management
  • - Strong administration planning and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • - Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships experience working closely with local and nationally based clients contractors technicians and team members
  • - Current and valid Australian driver's license willing to travel interstate as required
