Corporate Front of House Expert

We are seeking an experienced and organised individual to join our organisation in the role of Corporate Front of House Expert. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills.

As the first point of contact for visitors and guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects positively on the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet all customers and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communication: Answer, screen and forward incoming calls for the national switch in an accurate and timely manner (SLA - Under 15 seconds)
  • Security and Safety: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Administration: Manage front-of-house duties, including supervising support staff and maintaining office supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Reception/customer services role
  • Well-developed organisational skills and a team-based approach to work
  • Proven experience in Reception/front desk customer service
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication and organisational skills
  • A thorough understanding of corporate protocol and confidentiality
  • Ability to cope calmly under pressure
  • Friendly and open personality with a proactive team approach
  • Flexibility to take on all tasks as requested
  • Self-motivated with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
