The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of front of house operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front of house management, including staff supervision, box office activities, and client satisfaction.

About the Role">
  • Oversee all front of house operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client service.
  • Manage the appointment, training, and scheduling of front of house staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the effective management of all Box Office activities, including ticket builds, website content, financial reconciliation, and staff rostering.
  • Provide information to organizations and associations interested in events and concerts series.
  • Maintain internal and external client satisfaction, contributing to core business success.
Requirements">
  • Tertiary qualification in Events Management or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
  • Experience with Box Office ticketing systems and strong client service orientation.
  • Advanced computer skills, including database management, Microsoft Office, and network communications.
  • Experience in marketing and promotion in the arts community.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing supervisory skills and team building.
