People and Development Coordinator - Hybrid Role
Description:This role combines flexibility with collaboration. We are seeking a proactive People and Development Coordinator to join our organisation in Sydney. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end administration and coordination support, managing the employee lifecycle and facilitating new starter inductions.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in professional services or legal. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent strong educational background in business administration or HR are preferred.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a confident and proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage expectations and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
