HR Coordinator
- 2 days WFH + 3 days Minchinbury office until June, then Parramatta.
- Full time permanent role starting ASAP.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People and Organisational Development Team.
This newly created and essential role includes;
- Responding to phone and written queries from stakeholders on a range of employment related matters.
- Providing ER and IR advice that encompasses current legislation, Awards (SCHADS) and Policies and Procedures in a timely and accurate way.
- Coordinating projects and activities including performance and salary reviews.
- Producing HR correspondence including employment contracts and formal HR letters.
- Supporting the development of POD policies and procedures.
- Inputting data and generating reports to measure the performance, provide information on workforce trends.
- Providing support to monitor, track, analyse and report on workforce related issues and matters.
- System administration for new HRIS.
- Supporting the return to work coordinator when required and supporting end to end management of wage assessments relating to workers compensation

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in either HR or IR related field
- Recent experience in a similar role coordinating HR administration and providing a range of HR and IR advice in accordance with pay scales, awards and policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Tech savvy and feel comfortable mastering a range of technology including HRIS and Payroll systems. Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- Have a strong commitment to customer service and ability to work collaboratively.
- Effective prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Recent experience with or knowledge of RTW calculations.
**Essential requirements;**
- Willingness to provide up to date Covid Vaccination Certificate
- Full NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel to sites
- Willingness to undergo Working with Children Check, Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
