Job Title: Employment Solutions Coach

As an Employment Solutions Coach, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions achieve their career goals. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career.

The successful candidate will work closely with participants to understand their strengths and aspirations, offering tailored support and guidance to help them explore career opportunities. You will also collaborate with employers to identify staffing solutions that fit their needs, including training and promoting inclusive hiring practices.

  • Source and create career opportunities for clients, matching them to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health condition.
  • Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Champion the organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

Key Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
