About The Role Breakthru is delivering the IEA program; you will work with participants to explore career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. You will understand strengths and aspirations, offer tailored coaching, link clients to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors. You will also work with employers to understand business needs and provide staffing solutions that fit, including training and promoting inclusive hiring practices, keeping records, and driving engagement through proactive networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
• Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
• Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
• Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
• Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
• Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
• Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
• Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

About You You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services. You are confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You are outcomes focused, highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You enjoy understanding an employer's business, people, culture, and challenges to identify staffing solutions that truly fit. Your relationship-building skills help you connect with clients and employers, and you are confident delivering training with knowledge of inclusive employment practices. You are proactive with marketing and networking, and you maintain accurate, professional records. Above all, you approach your work with integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred service.

Essential Criteria

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
• Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current Driver's License - essential
