About the Role:

This highly cross-functional role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including Brand, Journeys, Creative, Product, Design, and Distribution, to develop pages, journeys, and features that are on-brand, engaging, and informed by data.

You'll be responsible for leading an onshore and offshore team, partnering with agency and internal stakeholders, and leveraging AI/LLMs to scale content creation in a strategic and responsible way.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and driving the content strategy across both brands, focusing on quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Serving as an ambassador for the company's CVP and content framework, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Leading an onshore and offshore team, partnering with agency and internal stakeholders, and leveraging AI/LLMs to scale content creation in a strategic and responsible way.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in content strategy and execution and advertising copywriting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization) with the ability to partner effectively with an in-house SEO Manager.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of content writers, with strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Comfort and expertise in using AI/LLMs to scale content creation while preserving brand authenticity.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
