Role Overview

The OSHClub Coordinator is responsible for leading a team of Educators in running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. This role plays a vital part in guiding the program with dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers.

About the Role:

  • Create and lead a child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts
  • Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community
  • Manage day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin tasks
  • Inspire, lead, and make a real impact every day

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with children and making a positive impact
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
  • National Police Check and Working with Children check
  • Australian work rights
  • A relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
