About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects from design to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and engineering to ensure seamless project execution;
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear expectations and deliverables;
- Monitoring and controlling project costs, schedules, and resources to ensure adherence to budget and timelines;
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project success;
- Coordinating and leading project meetings, status updates, and other related activities;
- Preparing and presenting project reports, dashboards, and other relevant documents to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
