Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to facilitate our weekly support group for local dads who are separated and doing it tough. As a Support Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and non-judgmental space for participants to share their experiences and receive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend meeting location each week for two hours; typically evening or weekend
  • Open location and set up meeting chairs
  • Facilitate the meeting - full training is provided
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain impartial and empathetic. Since this is a peer support program, you must be a peer (i.e. separated dad). No formal qualifications are required as full training is provided.
