About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our capture management efforts in the Defence and Government Sector. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in programme logistics, modernisation, sustainment, and engineering to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop comprehensive plans and support tools to inform and enable strategic investment, including framing feasible and sustainable opportunity needs, conceptualising a vision for winning, and creating decision artefacts.
  2. Establish and maintain comprehensive knowledge databases to ensure accurate understanding of customer requirements, issues, and needs, including detailed assumptions, facts, and gap analysis efforts.
  3. Enable corporate and core team capacity to strategise on win themes aligned with customer critical needs, leading coordination for targeted meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and team members.
  4. Lead competitive assessments, teaming, and price-to-win efforts, informing development and submission of white papers, RFI responses, and other proposal artefacts as assigned.
  5. Promote best practice approaches processes consistently, preparing back briefs and updates to senior management, both formally and informally.
  6. SUPPORT OTHER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES AS ASSIGNED TO INCLUDE AFTER-ACTION REVIEWS, DOCUMENT CONTROL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 15+ years of related experience or Master's degree and 13+ years of prior relevant experience, or additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  2. Proven experience in capture management, logistics, modernisation, sustainment, and engineering across multiple domains (land, sea, and air), organisations, and program offices in the Defence and Government Sector at various acquisition sizes.
  3. Familiar with stakeholder management, strong analytical abilities, and capacity to address complex issues and problems.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of different tasks and tailor effort to achieve essential deadlines, discretion, and understanding of confidentiality issues.
